The club passed its ClubsFirst assessment in May this year. An assessor from England Hockey came to watch a junior training session on Sunday mornings and found that our level of coaching and safety met their criteria. Our file is currently with head office and we will be receiving the certificate of accreditation shortly.

Thanks to Neil Murray, Tim Wilson, Nigel Comley, Ed Tovey, Mike O’keefe, Ian Davies, Danny White and Dale Comley who all helped out on the day. A big thanks also to Dennis Allam, Gaynor Nash and Hazel, from the ladies section who helped with our ClubsFirst file and helped out on the day.

Once the certificate is received we hope to have a press release in the Leicester Mercury.
